Altering the frequency of your subscription shipments is a simple process. With just a few clicks in your subscription dashboard you can change the frequency. Follow these steps and you'll be all set. 

1. Access the Dashboard:

• Go to the login page
• Log into your account
• Once on the main account page, click on "Manage Subscriptions"

2. Find the item you'd like to change the frequency for and click "manage this subscription"

3. On this page you can manage all aspects of your subscription including the frequency,         which can be found in the last section.
