If you need to put your subscription on hold, it can easily be done in just a few clicks. Should there be any specific products you wish to pause or continue receiving, please follow these steps.
Accessing you account Dashboard:
- Go to the login page
- Log into your account
- Once on the main account page, click on "Manage Subscriptions"
Managing Your Subscription:
a. Rescheduling:
- Click "Reschedule"
- Choose to delay for 1-2 weeks or select a specific date
b. Skipping an Order:
- Click "Skip"
- The next order will be scheduled for the following interval (e.g., 3 months later)
c. Pausing your subscription:
- Click on 'cancel'
