How to Manage Your Dirt Subscription:
 

  1. Accessing the Dashboard:
    • Go to the login page
    • Log into your account
    • Once on the main account page, click on "Manage Subscriptions"

  2. Main Dashboard Features:
    • View account details
    • Check entire order history
    • Manage addresses on file
    • Log out option

  3. Subscription Page Information:
    • View next order date
    • See order details (products, quantities, flavors)
    • Check subscription cost

  4. Managing Your Subscription: a. Rescheduling:
    • Click "Reschedule"
    • Choose to delay for 1-2 weeks or select a specific date

    b. Skipping an Order:
    • Click "Skip"
    • The next order will be scheduled for the following interval (e.g., 3 months later)

    c. Gifting an Order:
    • Option to send the order to a friend or family member

    d. Modifying Products:
    • Change flavor
    • Adjust size
    • Modify quantity
    • Alter delivery frequency
    • Swap for a different product in the catalog

    e. Cancelling:
    • Option to pause for 1, 2, or 3 months
    • To cancel completely, answer the "why" questions and confirm

  5. Editing Delivery Address:
    • Select whether to update address for this subscription only or all products
    • Enter new address details

  6. Adding Discount Codes:
    • Enter discount code in the designated field

  7. Updating Payment Method:
    • Click on edit payment method
    • Go through verification process

  8. Viewing Orders:
    • Check upcoming orders with dates
    • Review previous orders and their statuses

  9. Managing Multiple Subscriptions:
    • View active and inactive subscriptions
    • Reactivate cancelled subscriptions if desired

  10. Address and Payment Management:
    • Access and edit multiple addresses
    • Manage multiple payment methods
