How to Manage Your Dirt Subscription:
 
- Accessing the Dashboard:- Go to the login page
- Log into your account
- Once on the main account page, click on "Manage Subscriptions"
 
- Main Dashboard Features:- View account details
- Check entire order history
- Manage addresses on file
- Log out option
 
- Subscription Page Information:- View next order date
- See order details (products, quantities, flavors)
- Check subscription cost
 
- Managing Your Subscription: a. Rescheduling:- Click "Reschedule"
- Choose to delay for 1-2 weeks or select a specific date
 - Click "Skip"
- The next order will be scheduled for the following interval (e.g., 3 months later)
 - Option to send the order to a friend or family member
 - Change flavor
- Adjust size
- Modify quantity
- Alter delivery frequency
- Swap for a different product in the catalog
 - Option to pause for 1, 2, or 3 months
- To cancel completely, answer the "why" questions and confirm
 
- Editing Delivery Address:- Select whether to update address for this subscription only or all products
- Enter new address details
 
- Adding Discount Codes:- Enter discount code in the designated field
 
- Enter discount code in the designated field
- Updating Payment Method:- Click on edit payment method
- Go through verification process
 
- Viewing Orders:- Check upcoming orders with dates
- Review previous orders and their statuses
 
- Managing Multiple Subscriptions:- View active and inactive subscriptions
- Reactivate cancelled subscriptions if desired
 
- Address and Payment Management:- Access and edit multiple addresses
- Manage multiple payment methods
